- Dr. Ren introduced herself and her mission of recruitment
- Chris encourages EVERYONE to work on the trebuchet NOW
- Jim will be there until 7 or 8 tonight
- Morton Punkin' Chunckin' October 17th and 18th
- You will earn brownie points for working
- If we want to go to Morton, we need to WORK
- Pumpkin everything, we may go even without the trebuchet
- Morton is in 2 weeks, do we want to submit the forms?
- $35 entry fee, but it is donated so no gain/loss to us if we do or don't
- Anthony moved to submit the forms, Nico seconded the motion
- Ayes have it, the forms will be submitted
- Tutoring: we need to have tutors in there when tutoring is open
- Free tutoring is currently 9-10 am and 2-3 pm
- After discussion of timing, Ben and Bill moved to switch the morning time from 9-10 to 10-11

- If there are a lot of people coming in during non-times, please tally so that we can try to accomodate students without inconveniencing ourselves

- We are headed to Comlara, which is about a 15 minute drive north
- If you have paid your dues the club will pay for food and tents, but bring your own sleeping bag
- We are meeting at 4 in the parking lot behind Moulton
- Picnic is October 7th at People's Park just south of Atkin-Colby
- SIGN-UP for free food with the faculty
- There will likely be music and the ENITRE Physics Department is invited
- Deadline for T-shirts designs is October 21st

- she is looking for students to help by providing student perspective

- physics degrees can lead to all sorts of careers
