Researched and documented year 2000 compliance issues for over 200 PCıs and desktop applications.

Assisted project manager with year 2000 assessment and Microsoft Office migration for approximately 200 nodes at a major Chicago financial firm. Responsibilities included: researching potential Y2K issues, collecting hardware and software inventories, creating a testing environment, troubleshooting potential PC related problems, and carrying out and documenting all assigned tasks.
